Requiring a verified FSU .edu email is how we keep the platform student-only and scam-free. It ensures every person you talk to is a real, enrolled FSU student — not a random stranger or bot.
At this time, CampusSublet is exclusively for active FSU students with a valid @fsu.edu email address. If you're having trouble accessing your FSU email, contact FSU ITS for help.
🏠 Listings
CampusSublet supports three listing types:
Sublease — temporarily take over someone's lease for a fixed period.
Takeover — permanently assume the remainder of a lease.
Room — fill a single bedroom in a multi-bedroom apartment.
Under two minutes. You'll fill in the basics — property address or area, rent, lease dates, unit type, and a short description. You can optionally add photos to improve your listing's visibility.
We verify that all users are FSU students via .edu email. However, we do not independently verify the details of individual listings — including rent, availability, or unit descriptions. Always confirm details directly with the lister before making any decisions.
Use the in-app report button on any listing or user profile, or email support@campussublet.com with details. We take reports seriously and investigate all flagged content.
🔒 Safety & Trust
Every user must verify with an @fsu.edu email before interacting with any listing. This eliminates anonymous strangers and bots. Our in-app messaging keeps your phone number private until you're ready to share it. You should still exercise normal caution — never wire money or pay a deposit before seeing a unit in person.
Report the user immediately using the in-app report feature or email support@campussublet.com. If you believe you are in immediate danger, contact FSU campus police at (850) 644-1234 or call 911.
Your display name, university affiliation, and any profile details you choose to add are visible to other verified users. Your email address and other personal information are not shared publicly. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
